President Donald Trump signed a memo that sets in motion preparations for a facility to house thousands of migrants at Guantanamo Bay.

Trump indicated earlier Wednesday that the facility could hold as many as 30,000 people, and the memo seeks "additional detention space for high-priority criminal aliens unlawfully present in the United States."
