Dear Kawa, With the winner of the 2024 AR House awards still fresh in our minds, we can now announce with great pleasure that entries for 2025’s awards are … open! The house is a key rite of passage for architects, critical to the ferment and crystallisation of new ideas and offering the potential for innovation.

	The awards are open to any house that has been completed within the last five years – built to any budget and in any location. 2024’s AR House awards winner was Post-hurricane houses in Mexico by Manuel Cervantes Estudio. Could your project be this year’s winner? Entries for 2025’s awards close on Friday 20 June 2025.

Regardless of outcome all entrants will be reviewed by an expert international judging panel and will have their project listed on the AR House awards website, with a photograph and a link to their practice’s work. Plus, enter before Friday 9 May and you can save £50 on your entry.
