Hi all,
We have an extensive integration between Genesys, Salesforce, and our backend systems leveraging the dialer, campaigns, etc., built on the older Purecloud Genesys Cloud for Salesforce integration package (v. 4.11). The company is moving the dialers, integrations, etc. over to CX Cloud (genesyscloud package v. 1.10). Is there any developer documentation, etc. related to moving the integrations from the purecloud package to the newer genesyscloud package?
