THE VERY LATEST: Our Jennifer Bieman reports that the man who died after he was found unresponsive in his cell at London’s troubled provincial jail faced previous trauma and abuse in the justice system, but never stopped trying to improve his life, his friends say. They've identified him as Matthew Bouvier, a 33-year-old native of Seaforth.
