It’s a time for discussions on a wide array of questions:
What is the role of humans in the future of creative work? Who owns what? Can creatives opt out of letting their work train the machine learning algorithms? What happens if advanced tools for creative expression are increasingly made available to all, in a new era of digital democratisation? What’s the value of creative work? What could, and will, a symbiotic relationship between humans, nature, technology and audiences look like?

Finding New Organizational Structures in Primary Care Using PCA - Wednesday, 13 November at 1730
At FooCafé, Slagthuset, Carlsgatan 12a, 21120 Malmö, Sweden
The classic approach when organizing units under managers is to approach it from a geographical standpoint and create different management teams based on their location. This creates advantages such as geographical proximity and belonging among units, but can create problems as a team's units can have varying demographic conditions that can lead to them having different challenges and it can be difficult to find support in the closest management team.
This problem led us to leverage data to find an alternative organizational grouping of units to complement the geographical one, helping units find more similar collaboration partners when facing challenges.
