Mark replied to yesterday’s email with this: “Finding the issues and showing the biz owner is one thing. Fixing whatever needs fixed to get them better ranking is the problem as Lensly just finds the issues it doesn’t fix the issues.” Mark’s half right, and the half he’s right about is the half that gets you paid. Go back to Brenda’s roofer from this morning... What’s the fix for that? It isn’t citations. It isn’t a new website. Google ranks that roofer from wherever the customer is standing, and on the west side he has nothing that tells Google he belongs there. So you write a page on his site about the west side. The neighborhoods, the landmarks, the kind of roofs over there. Now Google sees proximity it couldn’t see before. You post it, you scan again next month, and you watch the dots move. That’s the fix. One page per area where they’re close. Lensly writes the first draft of that page, the AI Ranking Coach tells you which dot to go after first, and the Next Keyword Finder picks the search term closest to a win so month one shows movement. Then you send a report with this month’s map next to last month’s. That’s the Monthly Delivery Pack. And that report is the reason the owner pays you again in month two. Now here’s the part Mark skipped... The owner has never seen that map! The “finding” he’s dismissing is the thing no one else in town is showing that roofer. That’s why the five words work. You’re not pitching a fix. You’re showing him a problem he didn’t know he had, and he asks you how much. Showing gets you the client. The Monthly Map keeps him. The replay comes down tomorrow night at 11:59 PM EST. |
