EDITOR’S NOTE

Happy Sunday. I got engaged over the summer, and I’ve since descended into a very specific circle of hell known as Wedding Planning. But this weekend, I’m giving myself a break. On the agenda: 

• Fellow Lemon Lovers, see you at Costco. It just dropped the croissant of our dreams, and a fan says it’s “one of the best things the Costco bakery has ever done.” Ice cream is not optional, you understand.

• Black jeans, you’ve been good to me. But I’m stocking up on Fashion People’s new favorite denim wash, which scientifically makes everything in your closet look five times more expensive. Don’t ask me to explain.

• The easiest way to make every meal feel like a dinner party? No, not hiring a private chef. But making one surprisingly small swap to your table (or couch) setting. It even works with 9 pm takeout, trust me.

• J.Crew teamed up with millennials’ favorite doll brand for a collab I definitely would’ve begged my parents to buy me. Will I purchase it all for my 4-year-old niece (read: me)? Duh.

• At 5-foot-2, I’ve always believed everything > skirts. But one of fall’s biggest trends has been tempting me, and Kate Middleton confirmed it gives “I’m the Chicest Person” energy. So, yeah, the Zara one is mine.
