I had one of those business moments where you stare at a number and quietly hope it is in a different currency.
I made a real, printed Home Assistant AI Recipes book. The book is free from me. Readers cover the printing, handling, and shipping.
Then one order cost me $22.23 to print, handle, and send. The reader paid less than that.
That is not every order. Some orders lose money. Some leave a small amount before payment fees. Either way, I did not make this book to become a tiny international shipping empire.
I made it because I want more people to try useful AI jobs in Home Assistant without turning their house into a loud science project.
The recipes are practical. Turn sensor data into a short useful note. Get weather advice you can understand before coffee. Let AI help explain air quality, network problems, or a camera snapshot, while you stay in charge of what happens next.
Krzychu, you do not need to copy my home. Take one recipe, change the words, use your own sensors, and make it fit your life.
I also made a video about why the book became a physical thing, what is inside, and why “free” still involves a cardboard box travelling across the planet.
If you want to help the channel, watch the video until the end. If you only want the book, skip the video completely. I will not send a tiny robot to check.
One gentle heads-up: shipping prices change after October 28 in most parts of the world. I do not know the exact change for every country, so if you wanted the book anyways now is a great time to have it.

P.S. Do you have such coffee stains on yours like this?
