Three weeks from now, Dan Peña will welcome the next group of mentees to Guthrie Castle for seven days of QLA.
The November seminar is the final QLA Castle Seminar of 2026. Further seminar dates will be announced in 2027, but this is your last opportunity to attend the Castle Seminar this year.
If you have been considering attending, it is time to make a decision.
Not because January is approaching, but because waiting for January will not change anything on its own. The habits, expectations and excuses you accept today can follow you straight into another year, unless you decide to do something about them.
You do not have to wait until 2027 to start moving in a different direction.
At Guthrie Castle, you will step away from your daily routine and spend seven days immersed in QLA with Dan. You will be challenged to examine the scale of your ambitions, the assumptions behind your decisions and the standards you hold yourself to.
It is one thing to say you want to build a bigger business or achieve more. It is another to put yourself in an environment where you are expected to take those ambitions seriously.
That means being prepared to hear what you need to hear, not simply what you would like to hear. It means looking honestly at where you are, where you want to go and what you must change to get there.
Attending in November gives you time to begin putting those lessons to work before the year ends. Rather than arriving in January with another set of resolutions, you can begin 2027 already acting on the decisions you made at the Castle.
The seminar will not do the work for you. But you can choose to finish this year better prepared for the work ahead.
With the seminar only weeks away, there is limited time to enquire and make the necessary arrangements. If attending has been on your mind, do not leave the decision until the dates have passed.
