The catalogue for our Tuesday 20 & Wednesday 21 October auction is now live and can be viewed here. The catalogue is due to feature 360 lots with more to be added in the coming days and a selection of highlighted lots can be viewed below.
Lots 1 - 250 will be offered on Tuesday 20 October
Lots 251 onwards, comprising our commercial section, will be offered on Wednesday 21 October

£121m sold in trio of September salesWe sold more than £53m at our latest auction held last week across 29 & 30 September, bringing the total amount sold in our September sales to £121m and our yearly total to more than £710m.
Gary Murphy, director within Savills, comments: "September has been another strong month for the auction market, with more than £120m raised across our three sales underlying the continuing strength of buyer demand. In a market where value remains firmly in focus, the auction route continues to demonstrate it's effectiveness in delivering competitive bidding, transparent price discovery and certainty of sale."
Inviting instructions for our 3 November auctionWe are also inviting instructions for our next auction which will be held on 3 November and which will feature lots across the UK, including a mix of residential, commercial and development opportunities. With 100 lots already due to be included it looks to continue the busy trend the autumn has shown so far.
With two weeks until the catalogue is published there is still plenty of time to include your lot, but you can instruct us now for early marketing in advance of the full catalogue launch. View preliminary lots here.
