Good morning. Today the 4th Circuitwill hear the DOJ's bid to revive criminal cases against James Comey and Letitia James that were dismissed over a prosecutor appointment dispute. Plus, it’s a busy day in the circuit courts. The 4th Circuit will also hear a First Amendment challenge to North Carolina's ballot selfie ban; the 9th Circuit will take up a dispute over oil and gas leases in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge; and the 10th Circuit will consider an ACLU challenge to a policy denying bond release to some immigrant detainees.
