You already know that this fall will bring a host of projects that dive into the minds of tech villains from Mark Zuckerberg (in The Social Reckoning, Aaron Sorkin’s sequel to The Social Network) to Sam Altman (in Luca Guadagnino’s Artificial) to Elon Musk (in Alex Gibney’s Musk) to Elizabeth Holmes (in Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim’s top-secret You Can See Everything) to Sam Bankman-Fried (in the Netflix series The Altruists). But what about Jeff Bezos?! Though Amazon’s resident space freak isn’t getting his own movie this year, he is at the center of author Jacob Weisberg’s evocatively named nonfiction book Profiles in Cowardice, which VF is exclusively excerpting today.
