Colorado pediatric glasses provider to repay $8 million for alleged Medicaid double-billing

The Colorado Attorney General’s Office announced Wednesday that it had reached a settlement with Hero DVO after the Colorado Springs company allegedly billed for 123,990 extra lenses since 2020.
