| Seven days, seven prompts, one pen | Here’s how it works. For 7 days, I’ll send you one prompt. One sentence with a blank in it. You’ll grab a pen, fill it in, and let the words do their thing. | The only rule: don’t think. Write. | Mantras aren’t performances — they’re permissions. Permission to want what you want. To say out loud the things you’ve been keeping quiet. To speak your life into existence before it’s fully there. | Words are spells. And the intention I want you to hold every time you pick up your pen is this: anything I write with this pen will come true. | Write it messy. Write it boldly. Write it like you mean it — because you do. | The seven prompts are designed to move you from where you are to where you know you belong. We’ll start with claiming, move through resilience and reinvention, and land somewhere that feels like home. The arc is intentional. Trust it. | | | | | | | A few things to keep in mind | 1. Write by hand | There’s something about pen on paper that makes a promise feel real. Don’t skip this part. |

| |
| | |
| | | | | | | | 2. Fill in the blank your way | One word. A full sentence. Whatever comes. There’s no wrong answer — only an honest one. |
| |
| |
| | |
| | | | | | | | 3. Don’t overthink it | Your gut knows. Let it write. |

| | | | | | | | Where this lives | Mantra is part of Optimism — a learning platform built on a single conviction: that optimism isn’t a personality trait you either have or don’t. It’s a skill. A practice. Something trainable, measurable, and worth developing on purpose. | Because Optimism + Mantra will lead you to the life you want. |
