Well, for starters, how do you fancy a Friday night out-of-office drink at the bar to kick off the long weekend? Then, Saturday brunch. That'd be nice.
Top it off with Sunday Roast (with nicely-spiced Bloody Marys) and a one-dish-two-spoons situation at pudding.
And then, to polish off a 3-day weekend, we strongly recommend a brisk walk on Monday ... followed by a pub lunch, why not? Throw in a board game and you've got yourself a party.
