Given who subscribes to newspapers these days, I'm assuming most of the people reading are well past the point where we stop getting carded at bars. So I'm hoping you'll forward this to your kids, grandkids, mentees, nieces and nephews, etc.

I'm working on a review of the evidence of whether social media is addictive to young people, since Colorado is one of a group of states suing Facebook owner Meta for alleged mental health harms. I'd like to include perspectives from young adults about how they feel about the question. Is social media keeping them chained, or are we over-30s freaking out over nothing?
