I called the office again today about the room for Thursday. They said the reservation was still there but the time got moved to 1:30. I told them that works for me. I asked if we could keep the same room as last time, the one near the back door. They said that one is taken, so we are in room 204 now. I wrote that down on the note by my desk. I will check again the night before to make sure nothing changed.

I have a meeting next Tuesday at the office. It is scheduled for 2 PM, and I plan to be there a little early. Last month we met at 9 AM, and that felt harder to fit into the day. I checked my calendar yesterday, and I moved two other tasks to Wednesday so the afternoon is clear. I am going to bring the printed notes from March because they still have the old numbers on them. After the meeting, I need to email a short summary to the group, which usually takes about twenty minutes. I do not expect the meeting to run past an hour.
