Each box on the flier is a clickable direct link to a live document, meaning information will be continuously updated in real time throughout the school year. We encourage you to bookmark these resources so you always have the most up-to-date schedules and announcements at your fingertips.
How to Navigate the Quick Links:
- After-School Registration: Complete the mandatory registration form before your student stays after school.
- ASP Calendar: View the overall schedule of program dates, closures, and key events.
- ASP Daily Attendance (for student use): Daily check-in tracking for student safety and accountability.
- ASP Clubs-By-Day: A daily breakdown of all active clubs, activities, meeting locations, and dismissal times.
- KJMS ASP FAQ: Answers to frequently asked questions about late buses, program expectations and daily procedures.
- Interscholastic Sports: Information regarding sports schedules, physical examination forms, tryout details, and intramural leagues.
Important Upcoming Dates & Club Information:
- Club Start Date: After-school clubs will officially begin after Labor Day.
- Schedule Updates: Detailed club descriptions, schedules, and sponsor information will be added to the ASP Clubs-By-Day document over the next couple of weeks.
- Sign-Ups & Interest Meetings: Specific information regarding club sign-ups, tryouts, and informational/interest meetings will be shared in advance with both students and parents via:
