this is a phase two problem

Most guys fall off fat loss right before it gets good.

Does this sound familiar?

You are a handful of weeks in, and the scale just stops moving.

So you make a panic-adjustment and end up binging yourself into oblivion after a couple days. Or you just quit.

Losing 15 lb once is fine. But doing it over and over while looking the same (or worse) for 5 years sucks.

I wish someone had told me that getting lean isn't a straight line.

It's distinct phases. With different timelines, different goals, and different feelings.

When you know which phase you're in, and what to expect - it's easier to stick to.

Far enough in, fitness stops being a project you're managing. You're lean, you're strong, the habits run themselves, and gaining the weight back is basically off the table.

I just posted a video breaking down every phase, how long it takes, what it feels like, and the specific trap that eats guys alive in each one.

Watch it here → How Long Does It Actually Take To Get Lean?

I'm willing to bet you've been in phase one a dozen times.

And then you get halfway into phase two before starting over.

Let's change that.
