Federal electronic health record

Dear Veteran,

Jesse Brown Veterans Affairs Medical Center has important news to share. We are starting a new electronic health record (EHR) system. It is called the Federal EHR. This new system will start March 20, 2027. The Federal EHR stores all your health records. This includes records from when you were in the military. It helps your VA health team take better care of you and other Veterans.
