Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Sunday that “Israel does not accept the 15-point document” backed by President Donald Trump and that an Israeli withdrawal from Gaza will only be carried out after “genuine disarmament, not fictitious disarmament,” by the Palestinian militant group.
