I got to the meeting around 9:15 this morning, and the doors were still locked. I waited a few minutes with two people from the morning shift. When the building manager showed up at 9:30, she mentioned the schedule had shifted to start at 9:00. We decided to check the email blast more carefully from now on.

I met with Dan and Karen on Thursday morning. We sat in the small conference room near the front desk. The meeting lasted about forty minutes. We reviewed the two proposals I sent out last Tuesday and agreed to go forward with the second one by next Friday. I will draft a list of equipment we need before our next check-in on Monday at 2 PM.
