The Chronicle's Leadership Transformation Collaborative | August 2026
Don’t Miss This Opportunity
The fall semester is a busy time in higher ed. As you work to manage your unending to-do lists, more strategic initiatives like professional and leadership development can be easily overshadowed.

We invite you to revitalize your focus on high-level priorities throughout this busy season by signing up for our Leadership Transformation Collaborative. This virtual program is an intentional professional development pathway that will guide and support you throughout the entire semester. Primarily asynchronous in nature, the content will fit into your schedule and help you build and incorporate habits to advance your leadership skills and stay afloat while navigating the turbulent higher-ed landscape.

Our innovative program offers the following key learning tools:
  • Four Practice Areas: These core concepts will allow participants to break their leadership and professional goals into digestible elements and focus on strengthening habits in each area.
  • Self-Coaching: Our asynchronous-forward approach will allow participants to set goals and create workflows that will best suit their busy schedule.
  • Peer Connection: Participants will have opportunities to collaborate and network with peers in the program while holding each other accountable to their goals.
  • Action-Planning Frameworks: Through reflection exercises, assessments, worksheets, and guides, participants will be able to put the skills they’re learning into practice.
Our next Leadership Transformation Collaborative session starts in just a few weeks, and spots are filling quickly. Be sure to register soon to save your seat!

For registration of 10 or more participants, please reach out to workshops@chronicle.com for information on our group rate.
