Britain’s Princess Eugenie has given birth to a baby girl, her third child and first daughter, Buckingham Palace said Tuesday. Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank announced the birth of the 6-pound, 9-ounce, girl delivered Monday in Lisbon, Portugal. “We are beyond in love with our girlie,” Eugenie wrote in an Instagram post alongside a photo of “Baby Girl Brooksbank.” |

Perez Hilton is “receiving medical care” Wednesday, the celebrity blogger and podcaster’s team and family said, after police responded to his Miami-area home following reports that he appeared to engage in self-harm during a livestream. A spokesperson for the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office told NBC News that deputies responded to reports Tuesday night of someone “who was livestreaming acts of self-harm on social media.” The statement, sent via email in response to an inquiry about Hilton, did not name him. |

George R. R. Martin, author of the wildly popular “Game of Thrones” book series, shared that he’s pulled back from updating fans via his blog as he “battled sadness and depression.” “This year has been… stressful, to say the least,” Martin wrote in a blog post published this week, titled “Better Late Than Never.” “So much has been happening, it’s been overwhelming. Some great things, exciting things. Dreams coming true. But there have been nightmares too. I have lost friends. Battled sadness and depression.” The entry marked Martin’s return to blogging since since Feb. 19. In his latest post, he thanked his “great staff of assistants,” who he said have worked tirelessly to keep him from “falling further and further behind.” |

In a series of Instagram Stories posted on Aug. 1, Shojaee, 41, burglars allegedly broke into the villa she was renting and “went shopping in my closet.” “Cannes and St. Tropez are great..until it’s your turn to get ROBBED!” Shojee wrote in the first post alongside a video of her walking onto a private plane. |
