Indeed, I planned to return the other day when just one day remained. I was considering we could begin the meeting at 10AM tomorrow so everyone could attend. I wanted to check if there were additional days this week you could join. I was also thinking we could reschedule the dates to another time this week. Yes, that occurred on the same day as last week. I intended to visit them this week but ran out of time. I believe we can shift the dates to another time this week when we return. I was planning to check what time they will be back but that falls on a different day this week. You might consider trying a Venezuelan pabellón criollo (literally, national flag). It features beef, rice, plantains and black beans, and is fun to prepare. OR, I could be any one of 3 remarkable Mexican dishes: birria (with beef), cochinito pibíl (with pork) or chiles en nogada (stuffed poblano chiles in a creamy sauce).
