Yes, I planned to return the other day when there was just one day available. I considered beginning the meeting at 10AM tomorrow so everyone could attend. I wanted to check if there were additional days this week you could join. I also thought about shifting the dates to another time this week. I will inform the others regarding the changes when we get back there. I wanted to confirm if they were present at the same time.

Yes, that occurred on the same day as last week. I intended to visit them this week but ran out of time. I believe we can reschedule the dates for another time this week when we return. I was going to check what time they would be back, but that falls on a different day.

You could try making a Venezuelan pabellón criollo (literally, national flag). It features beef, rice, plantains and black beans, and is enjoyable to prepare.
Alternatively, I could prepare any of 3 incredible Mexican dishes: birria (with beef), cochinito pibíl (with pork), or chiles en nogada (stuffed poblano chiles in creamy sauce). I've prepared all of them because my sons doubted I could, and they're all spectacular.
Of course, you might want to assemble a proper British Sunday roast!
