Dear Centreville High School Families,
This is a friendly reminder that all students planning to participate in a fall sport must complete their registration through FinalForms at fairfax-va.finalforms.com before tryouts begin.
You should have received an email from FinalForms the week of 7/6/26. It was sent to the email on file for your ParentVue account.
Completing your student's FinalForms registration helps ensure they are eligible to participate on the first day of tryouts. Please verify that all required forms have been completed, signed, and submitted, and that your student has a current VHSL physical on file.
Fall sports include:
- Cheerleading
- Cross Country
- Field Hockey
- Football
- Girls Flag Football
- Golf
- Boys Volleyball
- Girls Volleyball
If you have not yet registered your student, please do so as soon as possible. Waiting until the last minute may delay your student's ability to participate.
