Is St. Catharines Canada’s next great food destination? The spotlight is shifting to the Ontario city after Michelin’s recognition of buzzy restaurant and butchery Fat Rabbit.

This week, our writer visited some of the city’s best spots, including oddBird, an intimate, open-kitchen eatery, and Beechwood Doughnuts, where as many as 3,000 vegan doughnuts are turned out daily.
