We're looking for a Social Media Manager to help us extend the reach of Dr. Ruscio's YouTube content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook. At the core, this role is about the same thing we're all here for: helping more people get access to clear, evidence-based health education. This isn't a "post and hope" role. It's a builder-and-optimizer position: someone who takes strong existing content, adapts it intelligently for each platform, tests what works, and compounds growth over time using real data.
A FEW DETAILS:
100% remote, flexible hours 20–30 hours/week, with room to grow $32–45/hour depending on experience Independent contractor (1099)
We're looking for someone who can point to a real track record, not just a portfolio of pretty content, but proof they've taken social channels from mid-tier to high-growth before. Ideally 4+ years of experience, strong short-form video skills, and a genuine comfort living in analytics to figure out what's working (and doing more of it).
