| Spicy chicken patties are one of my favorites because they come pre-cooked and pre-seasoned. Sometimes I’ll just eat them plain, but today’s recipe takes them to a whole new level.

| A little life hack for you: I like to buy frozen meat so I don’t have to worry about it going bad in the refrigerator if I don’t get to it in time. This is especially true of chicken, and also spicy chicken patties (does anyone else here get sketched out by chicken sometimes?).

| Jalapeno cheddar chicken burger and salad with smoky chipotle dressing |
| If you find yourself craving a spicy chicken sandwich from the drive-through, make this instead! With toppings like red onions and tomatoes, and served with a spicy side salad, it offers fewer calories than other fast-food options, and at 5 grams of fiber per serving, it meets Healthline’s definition of a high fiber meal. |
| Eating enough fiber has several important benefits for your body, such as reducing cholesterol, relieving constipation, and supporting weight loss. |
| Since it calls for pre-prepared spicy chicken burgers, you’ll save time on prep and cooking. However, this also means the nutritional values may differ depending on the burgers you choose. If possible, opt for lightly breaded versions to reduce calories and saturated fat. |
