It's Thursday. July 16th.

The second half of 2026 started fifteen days ago. Most people didn't notice. There was no countdown, no fireworks, no fresh-start energy. July 1st just... happened.

But here's the math: 182 days are behind you. 168 are left. And the 168 in front of you are worth exactly as much as the 182 you already spent.

So let me ask the mid-year question, two weeks late, because late is better than never:

What do you have to show for the first half?

If the answer is a list of things you're proud of — good. Close this email and keep going.

If the answer is a list of things you meant to do — that's not failure. That's six months of research on what doesn't work. You now know motivation doesn't last. You know 'I'll start Monday' is a lie. You know willpower runs out by Wednesday.

The first half was your rough draft. Nobody grades the rough draft. They grade the revision.

Here's your revision plan:

TODAY (Jul 16): Pick ONE habit. Under 15 minutes a day. Write it down.

THIS WEEK (by Jul 19): Do it three times. Not perfectly. Just three times.

BY AUGUST 1: Two weeks of proof that the second half is different.

TodayIsTheDay is the system for exactly this — 15 minutes a day, structure instead of motivation, proof instead of promises.

85% off — start the second half two weeks in, not two months in.

[I made the second half different →]
