Jan,

It's county fair week around here.

And if you have kids, you know exactly what I'm talking about.

The anticipation that builds for weeks. The countdown. The "how many more days?" every single morning at breakfast.

My kids have been waiting ALL year for this fair.

For the rides. The ice cream. The chaos and the lights and the magic of it all.

And watching them experience it every year reminds me of something.

There are two kinds of people at the fair.

The ones who show up.

And the ones who drive past it on their way home from work, see the lights in the distance, and think "maybe next year."

Maybe next year.

And here's the thing about "maybe next year" people:

It's never really about the fair.

It's about everything else too.

The trip they keep putting off. The business they keep saying they'll start. The life they keep telling themselves they'll build "when the time is right."

But the fair comes every year whether you show up or not.

And every year you drive past it, it gets a little easier to keep driving.

Until one day you realize you've been driving past your own life for years.

Watching other people ride the rides.

Watching other people experience the thing you keep saying you'll do eventually.

I know some of you have been on my email list for a while now.

Opening emails. Watching from the sidelines. Thinking "someday I'm going to do something about this."

I actually got an email yesterday from someone who said they've been subscribed forever and yesterday's email finally made them think "okay, I need to actually show up."

That hit me.

Because I know there are more of you out there just like that.

You're not lazy. You're not incapable. You're not too late.

You've just been driving past the fair.

Tomorrow night at 8 PM CST, the gates are open.

And I want you inside.

Not watching from the parking lot. Not telling yourself you'll catch it next time.

Actually showing up. Actually seeing what's possible. Actually doing something about the life you want.

This is the training that makes people say "okay, I finally get it. I finally see how this works. I finally believe I can actually do this."

If you want the direct link to tomorrow's training, reply with the word "FAIR" and I'll send it to you immediately.

Then text it to yourself and set a reminder for 7:55 PM.

Tomorrow night, the gates are open for you.

Reply "FAIR" right now.

See you tomorrow night,

Ashley Lochen

P.S. My kids would never in a million years choose to drive past the fair. They show up every single year without hesitation. Tomorrow night, be like my kids. Just show up.
