REMINDER: Sept. 1-18: Submit Data from the AHRQ Surveys on Patient Safety Culture^® Nursing Home Survey

Data submission for AHRQ’s Surveys on Patient Safety Culture^® (SOPS^®) Nursing Home Survey Database will open Sept. 1-18. Nursing homes that have administered the SOPS Nursing Home Survey (Version 2.0 or Version 1.0) between Nov. 1, 2024, and Sept. 18, 2026, may voluntarily submit their most recent results. Participating nursing homes will receive free feedback reports comparing their results to aggregated, de-identified results from all database participants.

The SOPS Nursing Home Survey Database will accept data from these survey items:

• SOPS Nursing Home Survey (Version 2.0 or Version 1.0)
• Workplace Safety Supplemental Items

If your organization plans to participate in the SOPS Nursing Home Database, we recommend sending the survey to DatabasesOnSafetyCulture@westat.com prior to survey administration or database submission to confirm that it meets the SOPS requirements.
