Solis Gardens Apartments Was Not Properly Managed in Accordance with HUD Requirements or Its Regulatory Agreement

Solis Gardens Apartments failed to comply with key HUD requirements, including over $1.5 million in improper cash distributions, misuse of reserve funds, and excess management fees. We recommended that HUD require the owner to reimburse all improper payments, reverse excess fee accruals, and restore misused funds.
