I already spoke with the property manager and they confirmed we can use the pavilion area until 9pm. Could you bring the sign-in sheet and the printed map of the plots? I will handle the handouts about seasonal planting. Also, Margot mentioned she wanted to propose a small herb section near the entrance. That could be a quick item if we keep it focused. Regarding the potluck dinner this Saturday, I think a 5pm start would work well so we can eat before it gets too late. I plan to bring a pasta salad with roasted vegetables and a light vinaigrette. Let me know if you need me to pick up any extra supplies like plates or napkins. The weather looks good so we can set up in the backyard if everyone is comfortable with that. I will also bring a couple of folding chairs just in case. Do you want me to coordinate with Jenna about desserts or is she handling that on her own? I can send a quick note to the group to confirm headcount by Wednesday so we have enough food. Also, I wanted to ask if anyone has dietary restrictions I should know about when planning the menu.
