I checked on the community room reservation for next month. The calendar shows availability on the 15th and the 22nd but the 15th has better equipment options. The projector and sound system are already set up in that room. We would need to bring our own laptops though. I think the 22nd could work too but the room is smaller. Let me know which date works better for your group and I will confirm the booking. There is also a catering option available if we need it.

I looked into the volunteer schedule for the weekend event. We have enough people for the morning shift but the afternoon is short by three. I can ask around to see if anyone can stay later or switch. The setup needs to start at 7am which is earlier than usual. I will send out a revised schedule by Wednesday once I hear back from everyone about their availability for the later time slots.
