I think the garden project timeline will work if we start mulching next weekend instead of this Saturday. The soil temperature needs to rise a few more degrees before we put in the tomatoes and peppers. I checked the forecast and it looks stable after Tuesday. We can prep the beds on Thursday evening if that works for you. Let me know what time you can come by and I will have the compost turned and ready to go. The herbs should go in along the south edge where they get full sun all afternoon.

I looked into the conference room reservation for next Tuesday and it looks like the 10:00 to 11:30 slot is open. We should have enough chairs for twelve people. The projector has been checked and works fine. I can bring handouts if you send me the final version by Monday afternoon. Also the coffee order needs to be placed by Friday to guarantee delivery. Do you want me to arrange that or will someone else handle it. The agenda should be ready by Thursday evening. Let me know if you need slides prepared ahead of time.

I also checked the parking situation and there are visitor spaces available on the north side of the building. The entrance near the lobby will be unlocked from 8:30 onward.
