Yeah I think we should move forward with the kitchen renovation this spring. The cabinets arrived last week and they look even better than the samples. The contractor mentioned the plumbing for the island needs to be relocated so that will add a couple days to the timeline. I reviewed the revised layout you sent and the pantry configuration works well with the new appliance dimensions. Just need to confirm the lighting placement before they close up the ceiling. The project timeline we discussed seems reasonable though I think we should build in an extra week for the testing phase. The initial estimates from the development team look solid but there are always unexpected adjustments when integration starts. I reviewed the documentation they submitted and it covers the main workflows. The user interface mockups still need approval so I would not order any printed materials yet. Let me share the feedback form I put together and we can review it during Thursday meeting. Once the final design decisions are locked down the rest should move pretty quickly.
