The community center has a good sound system so we shouldn't need extra speakers. Also, we should decide whether to serve refreshments at the start or after the presentation. I lean toward after so people can mingle. Let me know if you want me to coordinate with the center's booking office; they usually need a week's notice. I looked into your suggestion about trying the new Italian place downtown. They have a nice menu but I heard the wait can be long on weekends. Maybe we could go on a Wednesday instead. Also, do you know if they take reservations? I can call ahead to check. Let me know what time works for you. I'm free after 6pm most evenings. We could also meet at the park beforehand if the weather is nice. I've been wanting to try their pasta carbonara. Hopefully they have vegetarian options for you too.
