Happy Happy almost 4th Friday Faves!
If you're cooking at home this July 4th, it's likely that at some point you'll be cooking on your grill.
We definitely will be!
When the heat hits and the dinner prep starts, our propane grill is our favorite out-of-the-kitchen cooking tool. And for the speediest summer dinner, it's always the best easy grilled salmon, grilled zucchini, and my husband's standard tomato, avocado, and onion salad that he always adds cucumber to.
It's all so fresh, so simple, and so frigging delicious.
How can you not love summer with meals like this?!
