India is the world’s seventh largest country by area and has 28 states – and yet most visitors stick to the Golden Triangle cities of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur or plonk themselves on a beach in Goa when they visit. But the country has so much more to offer: a mélange of cities and monuments, cuisines and traditions.
