We are updating our General Conditions of Sale, within our Terms and Conditions. Please note that these changes do not affect your statutory rights.

Key changes:
1. We have clarified that when purchasing from the SHEIN marketplace, fulfilment, shipping and delivery responsibilities to you remain with the Seller
2. We have clarified at what stage of the delivery process, ownership of the Products will pass to you. Namely, that it will either be on delivery when the Product is being dispatched from within the EU; or (i) upon delivery or (ii) prior to entrance into the customer’s country of delivery, when the Product is being shipped from worldwide.
3. We make clear that where handling fees are applied, these will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.
4. Lastly, we have clarified the customs authorisation provisions. These updates explain that the importer of record could either be you, the Operator, an Affiliate of the Operator, the relevant Seller, or a customs representative acting on behalf of any of them.

These updates will take effect on 1st July 2026 and will apply to orders placed on or after that date.
