Why We Brought Capsules Production In-HouseThis week, we introduced our new and improved range of speciality coffee capsules: Três Meninas, Santa Barbara and Atlas Decaf. For the first time, the coffee in our new range of capsules is now sourced, roasted, ground, and packed entirely by us. Bringing capsule production in-house means we have greater control over quality throughout every stage of the process. Industry-leading grinding technology means greater consistency in brewing, while packing in Cornwall has reduced the time between roasting, grinding and packing from weeks to days. |
