A Message from the Principal

Greetings Bryant Families!

Monday was a fantastic day full of celebration and joy as we honored our 61 outstanding graduates! It was wonderful to see the auditorium packed with supportive family and friends. If you were unable to attend the event but would still like to see the ceremony, the full video is available to watch on our school website

While only 8 days remain in the official school year, we are already preparing for our 5th Quarter Program. This free opportunity is open to all Bryant High School students who need extra time to study for SOL exams or raise their grades to passing. Eligible students learned about the program today during school.

Program Details:

  • Dates: June 22 – July 17
  • Hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Schedule: Tuesday – Friday (Note: English 10 students will attend Monday – Friday)
  • Format: Both in-person and virtual options are available this year.
  • Additional Information: Free breakfast, lunch, and transportation are provided.

Formal invitations will be sent to families next week, and we strongly encourage all students who need this additional time to attend and finish the year strong. If you have any questions about our 5th Quarter program, please email Iris Stubblefield.

Lastly, I would like to invite all parents/guardians to join me on Tuesday, June 9 from 6:00-7:00 pm at Bryant High School to learn about next school year and meet Ms. Conley. Snacks will be provided. If you are unable to attend in-person, but would still like to participate, a Zoom option will be available. The link will be sent on Tuesday morning. We hope you will be able to join us on Tuesday evening. Spanish translation will be available. If you plan to attend and are in need of translation services, please email me at caconley1@fcps.edu

Take Care!

Bryant Information

Calendar Survey

FCPS values your input as we plan future school calendars. On Friday, June 5, all caregivers and FCPS staff will receive an email from noreply@fcps.edu containing a unique link to complete the FCPS Calendar Survey.

Your feedback matters. Please take a few minutes to share your priorities and perspectives by Monday, June 22, at 11:59 p.m.

Your individual responses will be kept confidential and will not be shared with school staff or used in any way that identifies you or your student. Only aggregate, summary-level results will be reported to the Fairfax County School Board.

If you do not receive a link to the survey or have technical difficulties completing the survey, please contact the FCPS Office of Research and Program Evaluation

Summer Meals for Students

Starting Monday, June 22, no-cost meals will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis at the sites and times listed on the FCPS Summer Food Service Program webpage. Students must remain on site while eating their meals.

This year, thanks to generous support from Educate Fairfax, families may also receive one no-cost breakfast and lunch per adult at the following elementary schools: Braddock, Dogwood, Glen Forest, Hutchison, Hybla Valley, and London Towne.

Summer sites will continue to be added, so please check the Summer Food webpage regularly for updates.

Summer Immunization Events for All FCPS Students

Inspire Health Alliance, in partnership with FCPS, will be providing school-required immunizations this summer. Immunizations will be provided at no out-of-pocket cost to students or families. Registering families will be required to provide insurance information, if applicable, but students without insurance may still participate.

Visit the FCPS and Inspire Health Alliance Student Immunization Events webpage for dates, times, and locations. Additional event dates will be made available and shared four to five weeks prior to the event on the webpage. Additional immunization resources are also available.
