Hey A,
A client told me yesterday:
"I just need to get back into a routine. I just fell off and can't get back."
I told him the truth.
The routine isn't the problem. Trying to rebuild the one you had at 26 is.
Back then you had more time and fewer obligations.
That routine doesn't fit your life anymore.
Every time you try to bring it back, you fall into the bad habits again.
Drinking. Scrolling. Or worse.
So, I asked him a simple question.
"The guy you actually want to be...
what does he look like right now? Not at 26. Today. What's he do in the morning? How does he feel getting dressed? What's a normal evening for him?"
He went quiet for a sec.
Then he described something completely different.
Simple. More realistic. Actually in line with his values.
That's the routine worth building for him:
Quit trying to go back to your old plan you did a year ago.
Work toward the things that light you up now.
You can close that gap a lot faster than you think.
When you do, momentum takes over and results show up.

btw: We're growing fast and I want to be upfront. There's a short wait coming as I bring on another coach. If you've been on the fence, now's a good time to get going.
