I joined my friend and colleague Norman Eisen for The Contrarian morning news show, Coffee with the Contrarians, this morning. We covered everything from Trump floating Todd Blanche’s name as his pick to be the next Attorney General to the vote-a-rama that gets underway in the Senate today.

And, just a little heads up: Sunday, as hard to believe as this is for me, will be the Fourth Anniversary of Civil Discourse. We’ll be celebrating, as we always do, with extra discourse. We certainly have a lot to learn about right now!
If you haven’t joined any of the live chats so far, this will be a great week to try something new. You’ll need to be subscribed to Civil Discourse (the free version works just fine for this) and turn on live video notifications to get an alert when I go live and click in to watch. I try to always send out a notice in advance so you can mark your calendar too.
It’s easy and intuitive to watch, and it’s so much fun for me to have you live—most folks drop a note in the chat about where they’re from. I try to keep an eye on any questions that pop up, although it moves so fast it can be hard to catch everything! Paid subscribers can also drop their questions into the announcement post before we get started, and I try to include as many of your questions as we have time for in our conversation.
