"Russia's reckless behaviour is a danger to us all," Nato chief Mark Rutte has said after a drone crashed into a block of flats in Galati and injured two people. Romania, which borders Ukraine, is a member of Nato and the EU, and leaders have condemned the incident as a “blatant and serious violation”, while European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said Russia had "crossed yet another line". There have been numerous incidents of drones crashing in countries across the region during the Russia-Ukraine war, writes our analyst in Kyiv, Vitaly Shevchenko. Generally, these have been described as accidents, he notes, although it is difficult to verify the intention behind them. Russia has not yet commented.
