Gov. Jared Polis signs bills overhauling RTD board, changing Front Range Passenger Rail District

The Regional Transportation District’s board and the geographic footprint of the Front Range Passenger Rail District will both shrink under a pair of bills signed into law Tuesday by Gov. Jared Polis.
