Dear Lynbrook Families,
As we head into the final weeks of the school year, we have several important reminders and exciting events to share.
Please note that there will be no school on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in observance of Memorial Day and Eid. We hope our families enjoy this special time with loved ones and take the opportunity to rest and recharge.
We are also excited to announce that Field Day will take place on Friday, June 5th Grade K-2 at 8:50-11:00 am and Grade 3rd-6th at 12:50-3:00! Students should come prepared for a fun-filled day of outdoor activities and friendly competition. Please remember the following Field Day reminders:
- Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers
- Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated
- Apply sunscreen before coming to school
- Bring Crocs with no socks for the water activities
- Consider bringing a towel and a change of clothes
Get ready for an amazing day because we will have a giant water slide and obstacle course sponsored by our wonderful PTA! We are incredibly grateful for their support in making this event extra special for our students.
