Forestville Cardinals—can you feel it? The end of the school year is in sight, but we’re not slowing down yet!
We have a few can’t-miss moments still ahead, starting with the return of our 6th Grade Basketball Game on May 21. Students will take the court, cheer sections will be loud, and we’re adding exciting new halftime events that you truly won’t want to miss.
Next up: Field Day on June 5! To make the day unforgettable, we need lots of amazing volunteers to help run stations and cheer on our kiddos as they tackle favorites like the sponge relay, hula-hoop relay, and egg-on-a-spoon race.
And before all that, please join us for our last General Membership Meeting on 5/18, where we’ll celebrate the PTA’s impact this year and elect next year’s board to keep supporting this incredible community.
Families, friends, and fans are invited to come out and show their Cardinal Spirit at the Forestville Basketball Tournament on Thursday, May 21st @ Langley HS.
The 6th grade teams will be facing off in the tournament games, but students in any grade can enter the raffle for a chance to participate in halftime contests with our principal and staff.
The concession stand will feature pizza, drinks & snacks. Bruster's Ice Cream will be on site scooping up an exclusive "Cardinal's Nest" sundae, and will donate a portion of the sales back to Forestville.
Doors open at 5:30 and the first game is scheduled to tip off at 6:00 p.m. Cheer on your friends, join the fun & support your school.

The Children’s Center for Language and Culture, Inc. (ChiCeLaCu!) in partnership with the Forestville ES PTA is pleased to offer the Spanish Program for its 16th consecutive year. ChiCeLaCu’s goal is to cement a strong language foundation, ultimately enabling students to become proficient Spanish speakers. This upcoming school year will feature a 3 day and NEW 5 days option.
